Qserve is a global consulting and clinical research company, focusing on the medical device industry. We support medical device & in-vitro diagnostics manufacturers worldwide with market access, clinical trials, medical device registrations & approvals, in-country representation, and achieving & maintaining regulatory compliance. With our 25 years of existence, we are a recognized, global partner for the MedTech industry.

Our headquarters are located in the Netherlands (Arnhem) and we have local presence in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, United Kingdom, USA and China. With approximately 90 colleagues from all over the world, we work together in globally oriented teams.

Our organization is rapidly growing and we have ambitious plans for the future. Marketing is of key importance in these growth ambitions. The marketing activities are coordinated from the headquarters in the Netherlands. The marketing team develops and implements the online and offline marketing and communication campaigns, processes and instruments. The team consists of five dedicated team members, each of them supporting the globally oriented Business Units and Business Support organization.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will set the marketing direction, coordinate the global marketing activities, and lead the marketing team.

What you’ll do

As our Marketing Manager you are responsible for successfully managing our global marketing activities. In this role, you get the opportunity to further develop our marketing strategy and with that, have a significant impact on the future growth and development of our business. You manage, coach and inspire the marketing team to connect and work together and contribute in the execution of activities with your experience. You ensure that the marketing vision, agenda and activities are visible within the rest of the organization as well. You report to the Commercial Director.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, International Business or related field;
  • 5-10 years of experience with service marketing and online marketing in a B2B environment;
  • Knows what it is to lead and inspire a team;
  • Affinity with the dynamics of an international working environment;
  • Collaborative and connecting people manager;
  • Strong vision and ability to inspire others to follow that vision;
  • Creative and entrepreneurial in thinking;
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented in execution;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Availability for at least 32h per week;
  • Ability to work from the Arnhem office at least a few days per week.
