What you'll do

As a System & Process Improvement Specialist, you are a member of our global Project Management Organization (PMO) and responsible for improving the implementation of our CRM-ERP system, improving business processes, providing operational support to our consultant teams globally with respect to complex projects in our CRM-ERP system and helping to make steps in operational excellence. In this role, you are the key-user of our CRM-ERP system and help to improve our processes and systems toward operational excellence on a global scale. You closely interact with our global pool of consultants on the one hand and our Sales and Finance departments on the other hand. You are instrumental in successfully managing our most complex projects. You report to the Operational Lead at our headquarters in the Netherlands and this function can be fulfilled from home / remotely most of the time.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (academic level) in the direction of Business Economics, International Business, Business Administration or similar;
  • Several years of working experience, among which IT implementation and business process experience;
  • Strong affinity with project management, business analytics and the financial part of the business;
  • Ambition to work in an international environment and interact with various (cultural) backgrounds;
  • Hands-on, independent, flexible and accurate working style;
  • Excellent administrative and Excel skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
