Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the rapidly growing world of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics (IVDs)? Join our Global Registrations Team and play a key role in helping companies bring life-changing medical products to market!
What You’ll Do
As a Global Registrations Specialist, you will be the go-to expert supporting our clients in registering their Medical Device and IVD products, ensuring smooth market access. Your primary focus will be the UK market, where you’ll:
Collect, structure, and assess regulatory documentation for product registrations;
Submit registration files to the relevant UK health authorities and maintain up-to-date planning;
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert regulatory guidance;
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance;
Stay informed about evolving regulatory requirements to support clients effectively.
You’ll work in an international, fast-paced environment and report to the Team Manager Global Registrations.
Job requirements
What You Bring to the Team
Strong administrative background with an MBO+ working and thinking level;
Experience in handling documentation & maintaining structured records;
Affinity with the MedTech industry (a plus!);
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to support a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations;
A service-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and organization;
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, international setting;
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
Available at least 20 hours per week, with at least one office day per week in Arnhem.
