What you’ll do
As a Junior Sales & Project Management Officer at Qserve, you’ll will operate at the intersection of Sales and Project Management (PMO) teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll support both departments to ensure the smooth administration and execution of client projects. Your eye for detail, eagerness to stay organized, and willingness to learn how to handle different tasks will help support our processes from first client contact to project execution. This role is a great opportunity to learn and grow in an international environment. You will report to the Head of PMO.
Main responsibilities
Sales support
Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales meeting materials.
Support the completion of client questionnaires and responses to information requests.
Maintain accurate sales and client records, including contact details, contracts, and reports, within our CRM system.
Serve as a first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Project support
Translate signed proposals into project setups, including scope, budget, timelines, deliverables, and resources in close cooperation with project managers.
Participate in operations meetings involving Sales, PMO, and business execution teams.
Maintain close communication with Finance during both the project initiation and execution phases to ensure a smooth and timely invoicing process.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring to the team
A Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business Economics, International Business, Business Administration);
Strong interest and motivation to develop in sales support or project administration;
Enjoys working in a structured way with attention to detail, eager to learn how to keep information accurate and organized;
Willing to develop organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively;
Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, in writing and speaking, with openness to further growth;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and in a team;
Availability for at least 32 hours per week – the position is based at our head office in Arnhem (Netherlands), with the expectation to work from the office at least 2 to 3 days a week.
